How much to reserve the venue?

Lokal Spot Event Space will book your date for an event with a 50% deposit of total package rate. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before event date. Every package has a $500 security deposit included.

Do you charge a security deposit?

Every package has a $500 security deposit that is refundable within 5 business days of event if no damage is done to the space and none of our House Rules have been broken.

What is the cleaning policy?

The space will be given to you clean with the agreed furnishing, tables, chairs, chargers, etc already out. We clean the venue after every event and anything left will be thrown away.

Any Additional Fees?

There is a $250 bar fee with our Event Space Package to bring alcohol into the space. This fee is already included with the Classy and Elegant Packages. We do have A la Carte options that can be added to any package customization.

Space Rules

Restrictions will be spelled out for you in the contract but the ones we like to bring up are: no smoking, nothing to be hung from walls or ceilings, tickets can not be sold at the door and all events must have predetermined guest list before event.

Event Parking

We are one of many businesses in a strip, so parking is ample for any event size.

cancellation policy

Events can be canceled with written communication before 180 days from event date. A $500 holding fee will be held from original deposit if canceled within 180 days of original event date. Dates can also be transferred to another open date within 60 days of your original date, if this transfer takes places 90 day before event date.

What is the venue Size?

We can accommodate up to 100 guest.

How much is additional hours?

Our Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) packages come with 6 hours and our weekday packages are 4 hours. Additional hours are $20o.

How do I book the venue?

What is the latest time we can be in the venue?

Our latest time block is 6PM - 12AM. All guests and vendors must be out of the venue by 12AM. We don’t offer extended hours past 12AM.
